Dedication
| |
We practice year round as long as it is above freezing and roads are safe. You must be at all practices to hold your position on the team.
Team Spirit
| |
We have a fun and friendly environment! It's about being friends and becoming a better horseman. Outside of practices, the team mostly communicates via a private newsgroup so internet access is highly recommended, but not required.

Reliable Transportation
| |
Reliable transportation for you and your horse is a must. We practice all year around in several local indoor & ourdoor arenas.
We perform everywhere from Northern Illinois to Lexington Kentucky!
Stock Type Horse
| |
Our goal is to look as uniform and precise as possible. Therefore, all horses must be dark colored, over 14.2, be ridden western style, and not be gaited.
Gait Control
| |
You must be able to control your horse at a walk, jog, lope, and gallop while riding next to another horse, closely passing other horses, and while making tight turns.
**No Aggressive Horses**
| |
Horses that kick, bite or charge other horses are a danger to the riders as well as the horses. Our first objective is to have fun and ride safely.
Carry Flags
| |
Parades and Rodeos require us to carry flags on horseback. Horses need to be desensitized to flags. Beginners are not required to carry at first, but other riders will be carrying flags.

Still Interested, but unsure?
We also have additional openings for our parade team. If you want to start small, this is a great way get involved!
